My mother purchased a property in a retirement village from Paul. We found Paul to be approachable and helpful upon meeting. The property was in the early stages of sale preparation yet Paul assisted us in starting purchase negotiations. Mum is 81 and Paul was patient in his communication with her, particularly around the complexities of a strata titled building.
