Rachael walks in and you know she knows her stuff! She knows that I’m time poor so a straight to the point approach works for me 100%. Remember, she’s telling you things, giving you advice because it’s in your best interest. Listen to her, it’s like gold dust! Advice about presentation of your property and marketing is so valuable. It’s not personal, it’s about getting the best outcome for you. That being said, she is lovely and is such good humoured, definitely gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling! By the time you’ve finished, she’ll be on your Christmas list. I love Rachael’s tenacity! That passion, drive, and determination to get the best outcome possible. Again, listen to her! We’ve had a complex up chain which would’ve been a nightmare, but Rachael was on it!!! Constantly updating us and chasing down other agents who in my opinion are amateurs. Rachael’s knowledge of the legal/contract/settlement process stopped us from being trapped in a contract that we couldn’t get out of and achieved a better result financially, in a timeframe that suited to us better. We have recently successfully sold a second property with Keith Prevost of Harcourts Mandurah. We did not seek quotes from any other agencies as we had already sold a property with Keith and had faith in him to secure a good sale for us. In both instances these were rental investment properties, both sold as 'vacant possession'. The most recent sale came with a number of issues due to the age of the property, the uncooperative tenant, and the state of the property (inside and out) when vacated. From the onset, Keith kept us up-to-date with the progress of the sale process, answered any queries we had and provided appropriate advice when asked but at no time pressured us in any way. We were very impressed with the manner in which Keith navigated the difficulties and while we were in a constant state of worry about each new issue as it arose, Keith remained calm and reassuring that he'd sort it out. And he did! The property sold very quickly and we were very happy with the final sale price, We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Keith Prevost as a selling agent.
