Dani has the perfect balance of friendly and professional. We chose to sell through Dani after looking at her reviews online and seeing that she had sold properties recently in our local market, she truly exceeds her positive reviews. Dani has up to date, local knowledge in a quickly changing market. She was able to appraise our house essentially on the spot, giving us a sales estimate higher than the other agents we had gained appraisals off, and we were extremely happy to sell slightly above Dani's estimate - in under a week. Every point along the way Dani had open and honest communication with us, any concerns were addressed immediately in a manner that only someone with great experience and knowledge would be able. Dani also assisted us with the purchasing of our new property, though she was not officially involved in the purchasing of this property is was always happy to answer questions and provide knowledgeable advice and guidance when we required. Rachael is the best agent by far that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is not an agent who takes your listing then just leaves you on her list or palms the work off on to someone else. We had an extremely positive experience all the way through the selling process. She was always on the ball, had plan B and C ready if needed, always returned our calls and texts promptly and made us feel as if we were in very good hands.
