My experience with Harcourts was really good from start to finish. Communication was easy and they were quick to respond whenever I had questions, which made things a lot less stressful. They clearly know the rental market well and guided me through the process without any confusion or delays. Everything was handled professionally, and the whole process felt smooth and straightforward. What stood out most was how helpful and reliable they were throughout .I was actually referred to them by a work colleague they had also helped, and I wouild definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental.

Dearne helped secure the property and prepare it quickly and efficiently and assisted with the rental payment invoice under pressure so that I was able to move in on the day we had planned.

Our agent was very responsive in regards to our application, and rental agreement. We weren’t given a whole lot of information considering this being our first time renting.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dearne Warren for the leasing of our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Dearne was professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in achieving a great outcome—not just for the property, but for everyone involved. Communication was clear and timely throughout the process, and we always felt informed and supported. What really stood out was Dearne’s people-first approach. It was evident that she cares deeply about doing things properly and making the process smooth and stress-free. The successful leasing result speaks for itself. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dearne to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and personable Property Manager. Thank you for making the experience such a positive one. Dearne at Harcourts was absolutely amazing. From our first contact, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand our situation and went above and beyond to support us through what could have been a very stressful rental process. Her communication was clear and timely, her advice honest and knowledgeable, and her approach balanced warmth with professionalism beautifully. We felt respected, supported, and truly looked after every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful to Dearne and the Harcourts team for their dedication, integrity, and exceptional service. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
