We had a great experience working with Chelsea and Ebony during the purchase of our first home. The process was incredibly quick and smooth, with clear and consistent communication throughout. This was key to us, considering we had to return to NSW shortly after the initial house inspection. Chelsea and Ebony were both helpful and reassuring, checking in regularly on the phone and even arranging the final home inspection via FaceTime. Ebony went above and beyond while Chelsea was away, meeting us early in the morning to hand over the keys right after we got off the ferry. We also really appreciated the beautiful hamper box and the Harcourts Connect service, which made setting up electricity a breeze.
