Shad was very professional. He explained the process and all the various options at the start, and kept us informed along the way. We had 2 open homes, selling the house after the second open home. Shad managed to work with the purchaser who made the highest offer to obtain the best sale price. He continued to provide support and answer questions after the sale. Shad was able to help us get through a stressful period with a successful outcome.

We picked Shad as we had viewed his form at selling other properties in our street plus others close by. We had previously listed 2 years back and was unsuccessful with another agent.Shads marketing strategy made logical sense to me and I knew I was dealing with swell oiled machine when the photographer's turned up for the video shoot, still shots and virtual tour. The thing that got me was how What knew exactly what he wanted and the Meir photographers were definitely Inthe same page. Didn't think we would get the price we did but Shad exceeded our expectations. Let's be honest selling is never a good experience having to keep the house ready. Local knowledge is something Shad has in bucket loads and it aid off big time? Money very well spent
