Shad is very easy to deal with and knows the market. The whole agency is professional and the service he and the team deliver is very good. 2nd time we've used Shad, we have bought and sold 10 years apart, and would happily engage him again should the need arise. The home we just sold saw contracts exchanged after the 1st open home.

Shad sold our house for a price that we were happy with and in a timely manner, which given that we had committed elsewhere was really important to us. We did a lot of research before deciding who to list our house with and we feel very confident that we made the right choice.
