Paul and his team was quite remarkable in assisting us sell our property. The whole process was made easy than expected and made us understand what the current market can offer us, especially for first time sellers like us. I would recommend Paul's team in a heartbeat if you want a good outcome on selling your property.

We have found Paul to be a very upfront and honest guy to work with. He was so easy to deal with from the very start. Paul and his co-worker Matt made this sale very easy for us. Always letting us know each step of the way what was happening with our unit. We met Paul about 6 years ago when we bought our home in Blakeview. From that moment on, we knew he would be the person we would use and recommend to family and friends for any future sales or purchases. Could not recommend him highly enough.

May be a LITTLE more expensive with fees but well worth it considering the ease of selling. Once I agreed to sign with Paul and his team, they orchestrated everything and made the process flawless and stress free. Will definitely use them again.

Ben is a no fuss genuine person who ensures that he's doing the right thing by you (the seller) whilst balancing buyer expectations and needs. With market conditions changing so rapidly Ben can quickly pivot the sales strategy to target the right buyers in order to get the best outcomes. I would always recommend Ben and wish him every success in the future.

Sera's professionalism and experience, as well as her approachable nature, help form this undeniable team player who leads the way. I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process of buying my first property, and that is largely to do with Sera's quick response times, helpful answers, and for always welcoming any questions or concerns I had. As there are many moving parts in purchasing, having someone handle as much as possible directly with the rest of my team was extremely appreciated. I highly recommend contacting Sera if you're buying, especially if it's your first purchase and/or you're out of state. I know I'll be getting in touch if I look at buying again in SA. Thanks again Sera, was such a pleasure!
