Right from the first meeting Alex showed his professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm with being an agent for our property. Before going on the market Alex provided excellent advice in preparing our property and advised on different marking strategies which we were greatful for. During the marketing period Alex was in constant communication keeping us informed of all activity and keeping us involved as we had asked. We were looking for a new agent as we had no success with our previous agent and we met Alex at one of his opens. Alex presented very professionally and he was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the house and we were very impressed by his positive attitude. We subsequently entered into a contract with Alex to sell our home. Alex's communication skills cannot be faulted and throughout the process he kept us constantly informed of how things were progressing on virtually a daily basis. At each open Alex was always early. immaculately dressed and totally organised before the arrival of any prospective buyers. After each open Alex contacted us and gave us a detailed summary of the open.
