Great Agent
Paul and Tobie are such a great team. They posses a lot of knowledge in the industry and try extremely hard to make sure the right outcome is achieved. We received great communication throughout the selling process and found it easy to work around open inspections and general catch ups. Paul used great negotiation skills to get us exactly what we needed. We will be forever grateful as it allows us to move onto bigger and better things for our little family. professional team with good communication
Living over an hour away from our investment property Matt and his team were able to oversee any repairs or work required to get the property up to a saleable standard without us having to worry about anything. His teams strategy for getting a fast sale at the best price were excellent. Throughout the process the team communicated with us every week and kept us up to date with the progress of the inspections and recent sales in the area. I would fully recommend Sergeants Harcourt's team and would use their service again in the future.

I was please by the assistance given, nothing was to much trouble, one would return calls if I had question. Reliable & Professional
Paul is a nice & friendly agent who help sold my parents house. He is very professional and communicates well through out the process of selling . This made it a lot easier for me to translate to my parents, who speak limited English. He has great knowledge about the area, and had given us good advice in order what we needed to do before selling, to get the best outcome.
