Perri at Harcourts was lovely to deal with, friendly, helpful and very professional. She replied to messages promptly and helped make the process as easy as possible. Having not rented for a while I did find the whole process - I applied for 8 rentals for me and my three kids - a bit scarey and very stressful in that applications are not dealt with as they come, but are screened, pooled with the landlord, and then an applicant chosen. This introduces a significant time delay in an already tight windows, meaning that I was considering interim accommodation options such as airbnb, or friends couches - very difficult, especially with children. I would suggest agents could advertise properties more in advance of contract dates, or deal with applications as they come, to improve tenant needs. I'd really recommend Perri and Harcourts though, they were great to deal with.

I recently acquired a rental through Bree Banks-Smith @ Harcourts Signature & it has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. We have been impressed with Harcourts Rosny Park from the moment we decided to use them to manage our Hobart property. The service we have received from Bree is head and shoulders above the other property management team that we use for our other property. The tools that are available to assist with communications, repair requests, etc are very useful as we are many hours away and unable to pop into the office. As we don't live in Hobart, Bree has arranged for all of the maintenance and repair services that we have needed with quotes quickly forwarded to us. The tenant selection process and documentation was also appreciated and allowed us to make an informed decision regarding tenant selection.
