I am a young professional moving from Queensland to Hobart. I have put in nearly 10 requests with various agencies across Hobart to do virtual inspections of rentals. Teena and Perri from Harcourts were the only agents who took the time to reply to my inquiry. I greatly appreciate them personally reaching out to me when every other agent and real estate business sent automated replies that did not answer my questions. I highly recommend these two agents.

Harcourts Signature provided a hassle-free experience for me which was what I most desired when searching for new accommodation. I found the team to be very helpful and transparent every step of the way. Exactly what I was in search of was what was delivered, and more. I particularly want to commend the integrity and professionalism shown. Kudos to the team. All communication, whether online, over the phone or in person, were courteous, sufficiently detailed, always timely and never intrusive. I look forward to a mutually stress-free working relationship going forward. Excellent service all round.

We’ve been renting through Bree Hobden at Harcourts Rosny for close to three years and she has been great to deal with. She’s always quick to respond, very attentive, and has helped us with anything we’ve needed during our time at the property. Bree has made our rental experience with Harcourts really enjoyable and we’ll be sad to be moving on. She is a highly professional and reliable property manager and we would happily recommend her to others.
