Romanie was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, when we were finding new tenants. She responded to phone calls and emails promptly. Handled the open home with 20 applicants efficiently and presented us with good choice for a tenant. She even went out of her way to ensure the tenants had empty rubbish bins when they moved in, and promptly dealt with an unfortunate problem in a leaking dishwasher.
