We knew we would be selling down the track so when we received a random letter from Simon offering a free appraisal on our home we accepted. We liked his friendly but professional manner and he kept in touch by sending us information about market trends without ever being pushy or intrusive. When it was time to sell we contacted Simon to update his appraisal and he again impressed with his personable, professional, confident and knowledgeable approach. Our gut instinct told us this was the agent we were looking for so we dispensed with our plan to invite other agents to tender, and we were not disappointed! He guided us through all the steps of the process and answered all our questions clearly. When we wanted outside help on a couple of projects he made immediate arrangements for someone to call us.
