Simon looked at our property over 12 months earlier and did a full assessment. We were not ready to sell at that stage and indicated it could be up to 5 years on. Simon continued to stay in contact even though it was to be a long way off before we were to sell. We took a decision 12 to 15 months on and contacted Simon as we appreciated the low key staying in touch approach. We had 2 other agents review the property and did not want an inflated estimate. We feel Simon provided that and had the marketing prepared in a very short time and the house was sold quickly. By contrast 12 months ago we purchased a home, to ultimately retire to, from another agent who was aware we would be selling our current home in the future. We never heard back from that agent.
