Excellent
Couldn’t have asked for a better agent. He created such a bond with myself that made me feel comfortable knowing I was in good hands, even tho the market is becoming tougher in today life his knowledge to the market was and is second to none. I defiantly use his again to sell or buy.

NO NEED TO GO ANYWHERE FURTHER
We have had a few experiences with Mario - this would now be my 3rd time to have him on our side. If I didn't think he wasn't excellent at his job I wouldn't keep going back with him. He puts everyone at ease, both buyer and seller, which makes people feel he is on everyone's side. He was able to get the best possible result for us on our latest sale even in a more subdued property climate. He was confident we wouldn't be disappointed on the day of the sale and he delivered.
