Leon's knowledge of the area and the process to market and sell my property was greatly appreciated and made me feel I was in good hands. Leon kept in regular contact throughout providing regular updates in relation to the open house inspections, potential buyers and the best ways to present my home. Leon's professionalism couldn't be questioned and came to the fore when he negotiated the sale of my home with interested buyers and the eventual purchaser late into the evening before the auction was due. This included negotiating a final price with the purchaser which was higher than I had anticipated.
