what struck me most about Alex was his honesty and integrity from our first meeting to discuss selling my late fathers house. There was no smart talking or waffling of words, just down to earth discussion on what was the best way to approach the selling of the property. Having spoken with other agents, it was not a difficult choice to engage with Alex as the person to sell the property. I was very impressed with the constant contact from Alex when there had been Open House and any feedback from them. At all times i was in the loop on how things were going and leading up to the Auction i was confident he approach and actions were going to help bring about a good result. On the morning of the Auction it was a reflection of his efforts to see at least 50 people attend the Auction and even more to see Alex "excited about the Turn was more that appreciated by me. I could not give enough acknowledgement and recognition for how appreciative i am for his efforts in achieving what i honestly believe was a great result. a HUGE HUGE Thank you Alex.
