Sherry did a great job leading up to the auction. He went above and beyond by adding an extra open inspection and organising additional private viewings, on top of the agreed open inspections. He was proactive in following up with potential buyers and kept us well updated throughout the process. I did feel some pressure to lower my expectations, and I wasn’t entirely satisfied with the meeting with the auctioneer. However, the final outcome was within our expected range, which is why I’m giving a 5-star rating.
