Being the 1st time selling a house, everyone gives you an opinion of what to or not to do. And everyone gave us the impression that real estate agents are not to be trusted. From the minute we met Mario on our 1st consult with him, we felt nothing but at ease and confident with everything we were told. The communication was always on point, we were always kept Upto date with how the campaign was travelling. Mario always gave us feedback at the conclusion of each open and met with us once a week (at a time that suited us) to share market insight with us. Mario coached and reassured us along the way, and the advice he gave us and his prediction of how the auction will go was literally spot on. We trusted Mario’s strategy and he did not let us down.
