Andrew and Julian were great to work with in Selling Our property in a super tough Market. Early in the campaign they were very thorough in explaining any miss understanding or questions about how it would proceed. Very quick to supply all legal documents, sales quotes and pricings. Once the campaign started I received very regular updates and information. Unfortunately, as we put it on the market the Iran war started and interest rates were increased. We failed to go to Auction for the lack of interest. But soon after Andrew and Julian were able to secure a sale with a price very close too the top range. We were truly amazed and relieved.
