As a first home buyer and attending my first every auction the whole process was a bit daunting. Once i found out that i was successful, i was not really prepared to sign the contract, probably because my heart was with another. i wasn't actually planning to buy that particular property. I just threw out a crazy offer expecting it to get reject and what do you know, they excepted it much to my surprise. Let me tell you, it's great when you're the only one thats turned up to an auction. I'm sure it's rear, anyway, what i appreciate most about Sherry, his colleagues and the overall support from Harcourts in general is that they understood my shock, they knew that i was only there to observe the auction and that i was new to the whole property purchasing buzz. Once i was victorious their patience, professionalism and support came to the forefront. I was a hot mess to be honest trying to be cool, calm and collected. Thank goodness Sherry's professionalism and gentle spirit was around otherwise my stomach would have been in knots. Thanks Sherry and the Harcourts team.
