Mario and the extended Harcourts team were really great to deal with. I felt that they were honest with their appraisal and confident with their ability to market and sell the property to get the best possible outcome. We resolved all the items that Mario called out to give the property the greatest chance to attract the right buyer which we are sure had the desired impact. The auction day went great, and we were very surprised by the number of Harcourts representatives that attended to ensure that the auction went as smooth as possible for us as well as the buyers. The teaming approach was something that was called out as a benefit by Mario and we did see that in action at the auction were the result exceeded our expectation.
