Catherine and Nikita have been outstanding property managers. They took on my new property with a forward-thinking and proactive approach even before settlement. They sought approval to advertise the property prior to settlement, organised inspections, and listed it online early. This strategy resulted in the property being rented and a lease signed before settlement was completed, meaning there was virtually no vacancy period. Even better, the rental return exceeded expectations. A fantastic outcome and a great job all around. I highly recommend Catherine and Nikita to anyone looking for proactive and results-driven property managers.

Nikita was outstanding from the get go - a simple message was sent, on a Sunday mind you, and a response was received within an hour of that message being sent. The ball was rolling before we knew it. This quick, reliable and professional approach is consistent throughout the whole process when dealing with Nikita. She is approachable, and wants the best for you and your situation. Nikita constantly reinforced everything will be taken care of, and we as the landlords will be contacted, and aware of every step throughout the entirety of the process. To have our property in the hands of Nikita and her team, gives us a great sense of comfort, and confidence that everything will be taken care of, and if we have any queries they are answered and resolved without us having to do anything. I was a little concerned in re- leasing my rental property after a long term tenant that treated the property so lovingly and respectfully. All I asked my property manager, Georgia to do is to find someone that would do the same. She was able to find a young family that had been renting through herself and Harrison’s for many years, and she was able personal vouch for them. She had undertaken many scheduled inspections and always found their property well maintained and respected. I was required to undertake some laundry repairs which overlapped the predicted entry date by a number of weeks. Georgia was able to negotiate with the new tenants, and updated them on expected completion through the entire process. Georgia is an amazingly professional manager that treats property owners and tenants with respect, but also strongly sets expectations for both parties. Thankyou to Nikita for researching the market and personally visiting the property to get a realistic value and advertising package together and explaining the process of signing up with Harrison’s. Looking forward to seeing my property managed by Georgia over the next few years

They made every step in the process feel like it was no trouble at all. Going above and beyond for them is BAU! I have no words and all the gratitude in the world for Nikita. She made buying interstate so easy and I'm so thankful I found someone that I could trust. She knows the area inside out and isn't afraid to tell you the hard truths. She really went to every length to help. She was genuine and trustworthy from the very start. When it came time to introduce me to my property manager Hayley, I experienced the same top tier service. Hayley was very responsive and always kept me up to date. She managed to get me a really great result in fantastic timing. They over delivered to say the least. I am so happy with my team!
