My finance was pre-approved - however, Jo encouraged me to include a finance clause in the contract just in case something went wrong. It made no difference to the sale, but ensured that my interests were protected. Jo gave my partner, Warren, and I a thorough viewing of the house and asked us, quite a few times, if we had any questions. When we decided to put an offer in on the house she was very professional and assisted us straight away. She had all the relevant paperwork with her and explained each step to Warren and I which was great. We are from Melbourne and the Real Estate rules are a bit different in Tasmania than Victoria. She called to tell us we were successful with the purchase at 8:30 on a Friday evening which I thought was above and beyond her role and was very impressed.
