We had a house in Launceston, Tasmania and we needed to let it go even though we love that house so much. The house was left in poor shape, thanks from the previous tenants. We have met Jarrah and he guided us through repairing, marketing and selling process without spending much. The marketing was smooth with videos (actually, this is our first time to see our house in video clip and it looked like a very different house in a beautiful way), internet & social media advertisements.
