After no success selling through another vendor, I was recommended to see the team at Harrison Humphreys. Straight from the outset I was very impressed with Jarrah's professional manner and and handling of the property, pursuing avenues the previous real estate agent had not. Due to the nature of the property it was a difficult property to sell however even after a time had passed Jarrah was still putting every effort in to sell the property and keep in communication with me and I always had the impression that the sale of the property was at the forefront of his mind until the time came where it was sold. Will definitely be seeing Jarrah next time we go to sell.

Tom (and Jo Oliver as Co-Agents) were extremely helpful in helping us ready our property for market, in tailoring our marketing campaign to suit our potential buyers and in organising inspections in a manner that was no imposition at all to our own day to day enjoyment of our house. The communication was informative and always constructive and meant that we never felt out of the loop. In the end, we got a price that we believe was very good for our property, and were never pressured to lower our asking price in order to achieve a rapid sell. I would recommend Tom to anyone selling a property, and will use him again should I sell again in the future.
