Considering the property had been on sale for a full year with another agency and I had endured the pestering for reducing the price of the property plus auction style negotiating. t Following the change the property sold in a short time with access to a larger Launceston real estate market than that of the country town. Throughout the whole process of purchasing our property we had many issues from troubles with the bank, a dodgy vendor and the need to settle as quickly as possible. This even extended past settlement with the vendors being uncooperative. Jarrah Burns dealt with each and every issue in a timely manner to the best of his ability. Even once settlement was completed he was still more than willing to help and provide his outstanding service. Unlike most agents, he even took our low offer to the vendor without dismissing it immediately. While we've not been on the other end, we would recommend Jarrah for buying or selling a house as he knows what he is doing which is a refreshing change.
