I found Michelle and her team a few months leading up to the sale of our interstate property, she was very informative and provided us with an estimate as well as updates on market conditions at any given time, and helped us form a plan on our target market. She made it very easy to arrange the advertisement and worked with the tenants to have the property ready for sale and in the end was under promised and over delivered. Would definitely use her services again and recommend her to friends and family

A superwoman agent. I can’t speak highly enough of Michelle. I had to sell my property during a period of high stress. She was so supportive and compassionate and made me laugh so hard. Every time an obstacle occurred she was there to support and suggest options. She is amazing and was the calm amidst the chaos of my life!

From the outset, our house sale process was extremely daunting. Enter Gillian Ragan. Her market knowledge, professionalism, communication and planning in conjunction with us was peerless - she guided us through and everything she promised would happen came to pass. I can't rate her highly enough. No incorrect information or gaslighting - just solid advice, direction and planning that delivered a fantastic result. Gillian was also sensitive to our situation but also took control when things seemed to stall, and this is the service you can expect from Gillian. Dedicated and professional - I highly recommend!

Made the best decision to have Gillian sell my house, she is extremely professional and knowledgeable, I don't think there's a better agent in Piara Waters. Her knowledge of the area made a big difference. Being an out-of-state seller, Gillian took care of all our worries and concerns and kept us updated with everything.

Definitely by far the best agent I’ve used to sell a house. Awesome knowledge of the area and pushed to get the best deal possible $40000 over what we expected, great communication with every step along the way. Couldn’t recommend more!
