My wife and I recently moved from QLD to WA, with a young family. Having only a week in WA to view properties in July, Jia made himself available with short notice to allow us to view the property we finally purchased. Given the fluidity and turbulence of the market, being able to view a property with short notice response was an absolute godsend.
