I engaged Gillian as my real estate agent as I had seen many homes for sale over a number of years in the Harrisdale and Piara Waters area. I went online and read up on her profile followed by a call. From the moment Gillian answered the phone she came across as knowledgeable, confident, and direct about her experience and what she could offer me. I liked what I heard, and I made a date to meet her in person. My situation at the time was very complicated with heightened emotion due to a recent separation and ongoing legal issues. I was so impressed that Gillian not only was understanding of my situation but maintained a high level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with myself and other parties. There were many challenges and roadblocks. Gillian went above and beyond in supporting me and advising me to maximize our family home's appearance to get the highest price possible. The results were nothing short of amazing. I got above the asking price for the property, and a street record, and the property sold in record time with only one home open. I recommend Gillian as she proved to me to be very knowledgeable, professional, and discrete in my personal matters, and displayed her many years of experience to attain a wonderful positive result. I am forever grateful and will definitely use Gillian in the future again. Thanks, Gillian, for all your hard work. Review Headline *
