Met with Michelle after we nearly signed up with an agent to sell our property. Michelle convinced us more as she showed an immense understanding of the local market, so we made a switch quickly to Heritage Realty. Besides, her words were comforting and convincing while putting us through the market profile of house sales within our area. We believed in her and signed up with Heritage Realty her company and she never disappointed us. She was very professional and communicated with us frequently all the way through. As we travelled outside Australia during the home visits, we entrusted our property with her and surprisingly to us, she was able to get it sold earlier than we expected. Also, though we agreed on a price, she got ours sold for more than we expected. We would like to attest to Michelle @ Heritage Realty professionalism in handling our sales. She also assisted us with searching for another rented accommodation which fitted our plans. We would like to recommend Michelle and her team at Heritage Realty for their knowledge and understanding of the housing market, their professionalism in handling their clients as well as their effective communication that resulted in mutual trust and confidence all the way. Well done, Michelle! Based on our experience, we would like to say that Australians need people like Michelle of Heritage Realty this time to handle their housing needs, hassle free!
