Penny is a genuine person that operates beyond just the deal. We were supported throughout the process at a difficult time of the year to get many parties operating with a sense of urgency. Between Penny, our broker and settlement agent - it was a rapid process. We settled on a Friday and got evacuated on the Monday night due to bush fires. Penny reached out to us to see if we were OK - even though the deal was done and dusted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and/or engage Penny in the future
