We decided to sell our investment home in Kingsley around August last year and were advised to engage Sharon Brooke as our agent. From day one Sharon was the ultimate professional. She arranged for a photographer to assist in the presentation of the property which enhanced it further, to the extent that we were unsure whether it was the house that we had owned for over 20 years !!! She advised us regarding the correct documentation required to ensure that the sale would go through with the minimum of fuss, and that was exactly what happened. The end result of Sharons endeavours was that when we finally put the house on the market in October that we had a firm offer on the first weekend that it was opened. It subsequently sold for significantly more than we expected in early November thanks to all the help and advice that Sharon provided.
