Our experience with Jayne as our representative started when we inquired about a property whilst living in NSW. Although we could not view the property in location, Jayne accommodated us by agreeing to a video call and giving us a bespoke tour of the house prior to purchase. This was a big relief to have an agent who was willing to go beyond expectations and alleviate any concerns we may have had.
