We would very much like to do a review of our special agent Jayne. We selected her to do an appraisal on our home, as she had great recipes on her advertising material. Good start!! From the moment we met Jayne we felt that she was so helpful and considerate-as we are "oldies". She really went above & beyond her job. Even to the extent of offering us herself & her husband's help to prepare the property for sale. We have sold 2 other houses previously and only saw the agents if it was only what they wanted. Jayne has been there for us continually and has always made us feel very comfortable even when we have shown our age & lack of experience. Her patience is remarkable! We feel we have made a special friend and just love her attitude to work and life- with all its foibles. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the sale easy. Jayne was very easy to get on with. She provided us with ideas and helped us prepare the house to sell. The home opens always suited us. She maintained a line of communication and we always felt we could contact her with any queries. I know Jayne would follow up with all potential buyers and would give us the feedback. She managed to secure the price for the house we wanted and we never felt pressured to accept any lower offers. It was always our decision. After the offer was accepted Jayne made sure of a smooth transition for us and the buyers. We would definitely recommend Jayne to sell your house.

Right from that one Sunday afternoon when I called Jayne to enquire about the Alkimos property until settlement, I can categorically say that I have never dealt with another seller’s agent who is so patient, thorough and professional as Jayne and she 100% justifies her tagline of being the fastest real estate agent probably in Australia and not just WA. Jayne gave me all the information so quickly which enabled us to finalise our decision to purchase with rapidity and ease. She was very realistic with the price and we really liked her style of not overhyping what she was selling which could sometimes be off putting. Her sales pitch was optimal and we can say that she was one of the very few agents who did not hesitate to answer our call among the many others in Alkimos who conveniently didn’t even answer our call.
