Ben kept me me informed of all activity on the open houses on a daily basis and within one week had successfully presented several applications of which l was able to secure an excellent tenant with a higher rental. Can’t ask for more than that.

I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am to Bridget and Stephanie in the rentals team at Belle Property. These two amazing women have been nothing but supportive, kind, and understanding during a really stressful time for me. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me feel seen and supported—not just another number. It’s rare to come across people in real estate who actually treat you like a human being, with respect and care, and that’s exactly what Bridget and Stephanie have done. I highly recommend Belle Property Rentals to anyone looking for a place to call home. Thank you girls, I truly appreciate everything you’ve done.
