No pressure, no tricks and kept us well informed
Grant and his team provided the service we wanted and needed with no pressure to do the difficult and unnecessary and made sure we knew what each inspecting party thought, as well as kept us appraised of local property prices so we could make an informed decision when a buyer materialised. I knew Grant through golf and his daughters school so I knew I was engaging a genuine and professional agent.

Phil was great to work with. He is a great communicator and dealt with us in a very forthright and honest manner. He was knowledgable about the property and able to answer any queries we had. He was very patient and made the purchasing process very easy. Easily the best experience we have had when selling or purchasing a property.
