We were attracted to Belle due to its high profile in the local market and upon meeting with Grant and Rob were impressed by their no "BS" style. They were extremely hard working (unlike other lazy local agents we have heard about) and we felt they had our best interests at heart throughout the process, that is, to maximise the price for our property. Grant and Rob were sensitive to our situation and kept us well up to date with progress. Grant as a very skillful auctioneer which I am sure also assisted in obtaining a price above our expectations.
