Over the last 2 months we had bought and sold properties on the Mornington Peninsula via Grant McConell. Being involved with property for over 30 years, Grant stands out as one of the most professional and diligent person we have dealt with. He kept us well informed, marketed the property extremely well and ultimately maximized the outcome we sought.

Jarrod was extremely helpful in the sale of our house. The result he achieved in only two weeks was fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone.

We had a great experience with Phil Down. He kept us informed every step of the way. He was very mindful of our situation, treating us with the utmost of respect. If we asked for information he was straight onto it. He was aware of all the potential buyers coming through our property and gave us good feedback so that we knew what to expect as an outcome. He didn't overstate our prospects but kept it very real, nothing was too much trouble and he met with us regularly to keep us calm through the process. At no time did he ever try to get us to do anything that was not in our best interests and we feel he truly worked for us throughout the process. Phil is very trustworthy and a very skilled and accomplished agent. He knows the market well and we would recommend him highly to anyone considering selling who wants an honest and hard-working agent who will have your best interests at heart. Thank you Phil, you have helped us to move onto the next stage of our lives!

Jarrod has a fabulous demeanour and good all round knowledge. Jarrod was fantastic in getting our purchase across the line prior to going to auction. Many thanks for your help.

Thank you Jarrod for the friendly and professional manner you extended to me while appraising and selling my home. I felt 'in the loop' at all times as you kept me very well informed. The campaign was very professional, short and sweet! You were spot on. I only hope the next stage - buying a home - is assisted by someone as approachable as you.

My wife and I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years and none surpassed our experience with Jarrod and his team at Belle Property Dromana.

At first we found that Jarood was lacking in communication skills in keeping us updated with the ongoing issue of the section 32 and the vendor solicitor.Once he finalised all documents for the sale,he was very proffetional in his process of sale.He is still a little green in his knowledge of the property market which he will exceed in time.Overall he was very polite, professional, punctual and communication was excellent and I would highly recommended him to my family and friends.

It was easy to work with Jarrod during the sale of our house. Always friendly, reliable and provided good feedback and encouragement. Great choice for us. Made the usual stressful experience of selling your house that much easier.

We engaged Hocking Stuart with the sale of our property in Dromana. Jarrod was taking people through for open for inspections and following up with them and reporting back to us with all necessary feedback. He was a pleasure to deal with and almost always answered his phone on the first call. We highly recommend both Jarrod and Adam as competent Real Estate agents to our local Mornington peninsula area. Jarrod sold our house in under 6 weeks, and believe me this was no easy sale . Would be happy to use them again in a heartbeat.
