My experience with dealing with Jarrod was very positive. The key for me when I am looking for properties is honesty and Jarrod was completely honest with the details of the property and during the negotiation phase. I had certain requirements that I had to meet and Jarrod was successful in achieving them. Overall my family is very happy with our purchase and our dealings with Jarrod.

Jarrod was so helpful and informed when we visited a local open house that we felt very comfortable to make further enquiries which resulted in us buying the property. We then needed to sell our current property which Jarrod and Adam Alexander reviewed. They gave us realistic and positive feedback and recommendations including going to auction rather than private sale. This suited our need to secure a sale prior to the settlement of our new home. Jarrod ensured maximum open day opportunities and constant communication (almost daily) which enabled us to set a fair reserve price. A lively competitive auction resulted in a sale price exceeding our initial expectations. Verily pleased Jarrod. Smoooooooth and relatively painless!!!

Jarrod is a delightful young man who is destined for a great career in Real Estate. He has all the qualities expected from an agent. Always polite and confident with his words, it was always a pleasure to see him. I am so pleased to have made what I consider to be the very best decision by choosing the Hocking Stuart Team to sell My Mum's house. A great result! Thank you Jarrod and good luck with your future!

On recommendation, I chose Hocking and Stuart to sell my Mornington Peninsula home earlier this year. I wasn't disappointed. Jarrod Eastwood was my appointed agent. His genuine, friendly, informed and honest approach ensured that that my sales campaign and subsequent negotiations were handled respectfully and efficiently. I never felt the pressure or fear of being overwhelmed that often accompanies the experience of selling or buying a home. I felt that Jarrod was always highly professional and well organised; he ensured that the necessary tasks were handled promptly and in consultation with me. Jarrod always treated my property respectfully and kept me well informed about the market and buyer interest. He prepared me well for the auction process. At the auction, Jarrod and the auctioneer advised me but did not rush or pressure me into making decisions about my reserve or final selling price and conditions. I feel that Jarrod and the team worked hard to do the best job they could for me. I highly recommend his services and would definitely seek his representation and assistance in the future. Salli E.

Jarrod worked extremely hard during the selling campaign for our property. He provided prompt and comprehensive follow up reports after each open for inspection and was quick to reply to any questions or requests from us.

Grant worked with us and the vendors over and above the call of duty. Because of difficulties with finance, this sale was the most frustrating real estate exchange I have ever encountered, through no fault of anyone's except the banks. Grant patiently helped all parties achieve a successful outcome, and I highly recommend Grant and his staff. His patience, professionalism and manner were all imperative to the finalisation of this sale. Well done Grant, you earned it!
