Guy recently sold my property and reached a sale price that was beyond my expectations. He advised me prior to hitting the market, the improvements that he thought, or should I say "knew" would help me get the price I wanted. Every single question I had, he responded to quickly. His professionalism and communication throughout the whole experience was spot on. Initially, I was dreading having to sell my property, but Guy made it an absolute breeze. Quick sale and an excellent result. Special shout out to Gail in the office too, you are a superstar. Selling a house wasn't so bad after all. Thanks Guy 😊
