From the first meeting with Guy Draper I found him to be very pleasant and accepting of my need to sell some property. He was extremely knowledgeable as to selling in the current market, and I therefore had no hesitation in putting the sale of my property in his capable hands. His conduct was of a high standard professionally.

Guy knew the market value of properties in the area in the current climate. Quickly ascertained what I was looking for in the area and the price range I could afford. Good at keeping in touch and checking the process was going smoothly with the Homburgs team. Gave tips and advise regarding the property to increase its value further and what would be desirable for a tenant. Very professional to deal with. I would use his services again.
