David clearly knows the local (Barossa) market place, but was also able to take on different ideas about the business and what we wanted. He has a warm manner, easy to communicate with and stays calm when others would not. David was always prompt for meetings, and would return phone calls in a timely manner. David has the qualities of a successful agent and represents his clients and his company equally well. I would happily consult with David as a first stop should we return to the Barossa.

Guy made sure the house was ready for sale and organised anything required to get the result, as we are not locals. The sale happened in a couple of weeks and got us a non conditional sale. he gave us an email report everyday after an open. I trusted him completely and knew he would get the result. Thank You. Quite frankly,if your looking to buy or sell real estate in the Barossa,you cannot choose better than Guy Draper. Guys market knowledge ,hands-on local experience is understandably comprehensive. Once again he set realistic market values and with his comprehensive marketing campaign achieved our sale goal in a very timely manner. We have always found his open and friendly professionalism to be second to none and in this particular case, his sensitivity with us dealing with our mother's deceased estate was exemplary. Couldn't recommend more highly.
