He helped us prepare the property for sale and offered good advice about a plan to sell, (we felt his knowledge of our property would be an advantaged in selling). Unfortunately Covid slowed the process and not much interest was evident for five months. He followed up and kept us informed of interest. He communicates well and would follow up on all our questions and concerns.

I had a number of agents from different real estate firms before Rohan. Some were friendly showered me or my property with compliments; but I know now that none were truly professional. They didn't discuss different approaches and marketing strategies and I don't believe they had the ability to communicate effectively with potential purchasers. Rohan was absolutely fabulous to work with and nothing was too much trouble. Other agents failed to properly supervise inspections; they failed to lock up following inspections and generally failed to follow up after inspections. I would recommend Rohan to one and all; and as Rohan advised me on a number of occasions, marketing strategies are discussed by the Homburg Team with all members having input and therefore I can say that I would recommend Homburg Real Estate.

David helped us at the beginning of the sale process with the paperwork and giving us realistic advice as to pricing and timelines. He worked tirelessly negotiating with the tenant while organizing things so that prospective buyers would be able to view the property in a time of continually changing government decreed health restrictions. He kept in touch with us via weekly updates by email or phone so we always knew where we were in the sale process. And then guided us through the final negotiations which lead to a successful sale of the property at a price which was very satisfactory to us.
