Rohen gave us great advice before the first open inspection then he wrote an excellent description of the benefits of living in our energy efficient home that brought in like- minded people. The house sold on the first open inspection. His explained the need to do things in a certain way and the benefits of it, and stood back and let us make our own decision. I can not recommend him high enough and I tell all our friends that this is the guy to go to.

Guy sold the House to Dad 20 years ago and when Dad decided retirement village life was now time for him he gave Guy a chance to sell. We had sold a house in Nuriootpa before and we knew his skill that's why we chose him again. He brought many people to the home but because we didn't have a shed, all men decided it was not for them, yet all the women that came thru' the loved the house and would have bought it in the first week of sale.
