Ian McNamee team including property manager Brian was superb in my entire rental application, which has now been approved and I am preparing to commence my stay at the new property. The rental application process was very easy and I was kept informed of every steps that they were taking. Hope this first impression continues throughout our rental stay with them. From the time I went to inspect the property, applied for rental, and moving in, everything was done in good time. I had an answer to my application very quickly. Paperwork sent and signed and returned promptly. Picking up the keys was efficient and all the staff I dealt with face to face (including the front counter) were all friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. A minor issue on the day of moving in was dealt with quickly and the staff showed genuine willingness to help. It has been a pleasure to deal with this agent - so far. It has only been one month since I have moved it. Will review further down the track when I have been dealing with this agency a bit longer.

Quick response from initial contact to meeting with the agent. Courtney was friendly and approachable. Process was efficient and timely. Unfortunately initial applicant fell through when contacted the week they were due to move in (they were meant to be moving in four weeks after applying). Would have been better if they were contacted sooner. Otherwise happy with service and professionalism.
