Michael assisted us at all stages of the sale process. He helped arrange painting and carpeting quotes so the house was in great shape by the time it went to market. Michael communicated well about how the open houses were going and arranged addition open houses and numerous private viewings to make sure a wide selection of potential buyers were able to see the place. By auction day we were well briefed on what to expect and the auction played out largely as Michael had anticipated.
