He was always polite, professional, easy to contact, easy to talk to, confident, and most importantly he got me the exact price he said he was confident he could get before I had signed with him.. there was no promise of an unrealistically high price then delivery of a low price, but still quoted and got me a price I was extremely happy with. He also helped me organise and coordinate repairs on the property in the lead up to sale. I strongly recommend Michael and will use him again myself.
