Alen Hewson and the team at Iconek made our sale quick and easy. We chose Alen after a referral from a friend who he advised not to sell when the market was a bit slow in late 2024. From that we knew his character as he gave up what could have been a significant commission by providing honest advice. Upon meeting Alen we liked that he saw the property the same as we did and shared similar expectations in terms of price. We also liked that he was positive about our property, which matched his attitude throughout. Upon choosing Alen the process was smooth and easy. This was most definitely in part due Alen’s calm demeanour, which really helped when we had questions about the process or needed some sound advice. A big shout out to Daniel of Iconek as well, who works incredibly well with Alen and is a great agent in his own right. In the end we achieved a great result and know we made the right decision in choosing Alen and the Iconek team.
