Ben was the perfect person to sell our property, his market, area and development knowledge made him the obvious pick for us when looking for agents. He doesn’t have any market knowledge !all of ideas for selling the property are from my suggestion ! That’s terrible communication, the communication always changed to be argument.everytime when I try to talk to him,he always brings that he has sold many million dollars properties he doesn’t care to sell my unit ; of course he is not professionalism at all . The price of final sold was got by my so much explanation to him and told him how to do that.he would sell the property price much lower than that And that’s not the price I would like to sell, but I couldn’t do any more with him in selling the property.I just want to get rid of the stress
