I first purchased a townhouse from Nathan in 2021, so it was a no brainer to reach out to him when it was time to sell. Nathan's communication and support was top notch. He kept me updated all the way and was very supportive even after settlement. I have no hesitation in recommending Nathan. He is a rare find in the real estate world.

It's hard to believe it's already been a year since we sold our family home. Looking back, we feel incredibly grateful for Obi's unwavering support throughout the entire journey. From the very beginning, he was not only thoughtful and respectful but truly professional in every sense. Jason and Kylie were beyond amazing when it came time to sell our family home of over 50 years. They understood the emotional toll tied up in a decision like this and were totally understanding and supportive. They were extremely professional, took the time to explain the entire process, and ensured that we actually did understand the process too whenever we appeared confused or asked perplexing questions. They formulated a plan that they thought would be the best approach for our circumstances and were genuine with their advice. They were honest (AND accurate) with their appraisal. Throughout the process they were always available and helpful whenever we needed them and were great in communicating with us, keeping us updated with all developments and any feedback etc. In the end they exceeded our expectations and we were extremely satisfied with the outcome. We'd strongly recommend Jason and Kylie for anything realty related.

During an extremely difficult situation, Obi understood the delicate nature of our sale and rose to the challenge. His marketing strategy was successful, the property sold within 3 weeks of being on the market (prior to Auction) and for the expected price. Realistic, honest, excellent communicator and all-round decent guy, I highly recommend Obi.
